الإفتاء: الاحتفال بعيد الحب “الفلانتين” جائز شرعا

أعلنت دار الإفتاء المصرية، مؤخرا، عن حكم الاحتفال بعيد الحب “الفلانتين”، الذي يصادف يوم الجمعة المقبل 14 فبراير، مؤكدة أنه جائز شرعا.

وقال الشيخ أحمد ممدوح، أمين الفتوى بدار الإفتاء المصرية: “لا مانع أبدا في الشرع أن الناس تتفق على أيام معينة يجعلونها خاصة لبعض المناسبات الاجتماعية طالما لا تختلف مع الشريعة، مثل يوم تكريم الأم فلا مانع منه، ولا مانع أن نتخذ يوما من الأيام كى يظهر كل شخص للآخر عن مشاعره نحوه وأنه يحبه”.

وأضاف ممدوح في فيديو انتجته دار الإفتاء المصرية: “النبى فى حديثه الشريف دعا الإنسان إذا أحب أحدكم أخاه فليقل له إني أحبك فى الله، ومفهوم الحب أوسع من تلك العاطفة بين الرجل والمرأة على وجه الخصوص بل هى مفهوم أعم فمن الممكن فى هذا اليوم أعبر عن حبي لأولادى أو لصديقى أو لأهلى”.

وتابع ممدوح: “بعض الناس قد يعترض ويقول إن هذه المناسبات التي اعتاد الناس تحديدها للاحتفال ببعض الأمور الاجتماعية، أصولها ليست أصول إسلامية وأنها من ابتكار غير المسلمين، وأن هذا من باب التشبه بغير المسلمين، وفى الحقيقة هذا الاعتراض ليس صحيحًا”.

وأشار إلى أنه حتى يكون الإنسان متشبهًا لابد عليه أن يقصد التشبه لأن فى اللغة العربية مادة التشبه على وزن تفعل والتفعل معناه أن الإنسان يفعل الشىء وهو يقصد فعله وليس مجرد حصول الشبه فى الصورة والشكل فقط يسمى تشبهاً.

وأكد أمين الفتوى بدار الإفتاء المصرية أن الاحتفال مقيد بأنه لا يتم فيه أى نوع من الأشياء التى تخالف الشرع أو تخالف الدين، مبينا أن إظهار المشاعر يتم فى الإطار الشرعى بمظاهر وإجراءات من التهادى والكلمات اللطيفة.

وتابع: “كل هذا لا شىء فيه ما دام مقيدًا بالآداب الشرعية وسمى عيدًا لأنه يعود ويتكرر وليس المقصود به كعيدى الفطر والأضحى”.

ويحتفل العالم بعد ثلاثة أيام وتحديدًا يوم 14 فبراير من كل عام بعيد الحب أو “الفلانتين”.
